Courts do not take likely the conducts shown by the Defendants where Plaintiff was asked to testify falsely in a courtroom.As you may surmise, this is from the same attorney quoted in the last post. However, its from a different case. I told you "conducts" wasn't a typo!
As for the service date, that's a longer story. This opposition was due to be served and filed on July 23, 2008. This opposition showed up today, on the 29th, in an envelope postmarked July 28. However, the proof of service claims that it was served July 18. Hmmmmm.
